Once the documents are electronically numbered, you have the ability to save a copy, print a copy, and/or create a CD of only your bates numbered documents for opposing counsel. If, after you have numbered your documents you decide that you would like to move the documents around in a different order, you have the ability to move documents around in the order you need, and with a click of the mouse re-bates number the documents.

Electronic Redaction Software

• eDiscoveryPrep™ Redaction Software features powerful redaction that removes sensitive and privileged information. Redacted files are then securely saved as PDF files for disclosures and/or production. If, for some reason, the redaction is deemed not privileged - then you, and only you, have the ability to remove the redaction to then save and again exchange with opposing counsel.
